As President, Robert Cavanaugh is responsible for ensuring the company delivers on its promises to customers and members, drives long-term profitable growth and continues to lead the market in Personalized Healthcare. He has supported Accolade through its IPO and managed the incredible organizational growth of Accolade, doubling the number of employees working worldwide to reinvent healthcare.
Cavanaugh formerly served as President, Worldwide Enterprise, SMB and Government at Concur, where he held several leadership positions over his 15+ years. He was formerly Concur’s Executive Vice President of Client Development, Executive Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Director of Client Services. Prior to joining Concur, Cavanaugh served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1991-2000 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University.
