The results: a better experience, higher quality care, and lower costs for health consumers, the companies that employ them, and payers who support them. The combined offering will enhance Transcarent’s platform, delivering a more personalized and engaging health and care experience and an expansive and connected ecosystem of high-quality virtual point solutions and local sites of care, giving Members and employers more choice and flexibility.

We are proud that the merger will allow us to offer clients even greater choice in selecting the right solutions for their employee population. We do not have anything to share at this time but look forward to continuing to bolster our offerings and bring new services and solutions forward in the near future.

We do not foresee any immediate changes to the outstanding benefits and exceptional experience that Members currently enjoy. In the future, employers will have a more robust offering to select from in shaping a benefit mix that is right for their employee population.

We are proud to offer clients even greater choice in selecting the right solutions for their employee population including services beyond traditional navigation. We will continue to offer WayFinding, Cancer Care, Surgery/MSK Care, Weight Health, and Pharmacy Benefits. We continuously evaluate and improve our offerings to best serve the needs of clients and our Members.
