To support its customer and member growth, Accolade is hiring Health Assistants and Nurses in its Scottsdale, Ariz., and Plymouth Meeting, Penn., offices. The company's people-plus-technology solution combines clinical, claims and benefits experts with intelligent technologies to deliver a highly personalized and effective member experience. This combined approach has proven to increase member satisfaction while improving health outcomes, which reduces costs for employers and increases overall utilization of benefits.

Two-thirds of the time, Accolade engages with members as they are beginning to make healthcare decisions, which benefits both the member's health and their employer's bottom line. Across Accolade's book of business, employers are reducing their healthcare cost trend to under one percent, while keeping their employees healthier, more productive and highly satisfied with their health and benefits experience. Accolade's employer customers report employee satisfaction levels of 98 percent.

“We've made tremendous strides in our technology platform over the past year and it's paying off for employers and their people, with an exceptional service they love, improved health and reduced healthcare costs in the process,” said Rob Cavanaugh, President at Accolade. “Unlike traditional approaches, Accolade integrates with health plans, TPAs, health systems, centers of excellence and other innovative services to improve employee engagement in their benefits programs. This latest growth allows us to expand our exceptional team, introduce new offerings and set new standards in the healthcare experience for employers and individuals across the country.”
