Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Liz Ferega leads the customer teams serving all direct employer customers and is responsible for their retention and growth. In her role, she cultivates strategic relationships with employers to ensure Accolade delivers on its promises and that its solutions align with their priorities. Ferega joined Accolade in 2019 as Vice President, Customer Partnerships, and most recently, Vice President, Customer Solutions. During her tenure she supported customers through the company’s IPO, acquiring its expert medical opinion and virtual primary care businesses, integrating many trusted ecosystem partners, and deploying enhanced capabilities and clinical programs.  

With over 20 years of experience serving large employers' health and benefits needs, Ferega brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her impressive career includes positions such as Senior Vice President of Client Retention and Growth at Aon, Vice President of Global Sales at Benefitfocus, and various roles in implementation, product, and sales at ADP. Ferega is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where she earned a degree in Business Administration. Her deep industry experience and strategic insight make her an invaluable asset to the Accolade team and its customers.
