Rob McGillivray oversees Accolade’s employer sales organization, leading the growth and expansion of the company’s reach across organizations of all sizes. With more than 30 years of direct sales and sales leadership experience, McGillivray is focused on creating a culture of high performance and collaboration. His leadership has been instrumental in driving customer acquisition and building strong relationships across nearly every major account brought on during his tenure.
McGillivray joined Accolade in 2017 as Vice President of Sales for large markets, where he led a team focused on serving U.S. employers with more than 5,000 employees. In 2022, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales, where he now leads the new business sales organization, serving all U.S.-based employers. His key responsibilities include creating go-to-market strategies, driving sales revenue, forecasting, developing deal strategies, and identifying new market opportunities.
Before Accolade, McGillivray served as Vice President of North American Sales at Dynatrace, the leader in software observability, artificial intelligence, and automation. He also spent 14 years at Concur, holding various sales and leadership roles across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. McGillivray holds a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University. He resides in Brentwood, TN, with his wife.
